June 30 - On the occasion of Youth Day, a meeting was organized at the central office of Uzbekneftegaz JSC with young people working in the system. It was attended by the Chief Geologist of the Company Nodir Muhiddinov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board on Youth Issues O'tkirbek Mamatkulov, and young specialists working in departments and enterprises.
Consistent implementation of state policy on youth, improving their intellectual potential and professional skills, and supporting their initiatives and ideas are among the priorities of our country. Uzbekneftegaz JSC also pays special attention to increasing youth activity and developing them as qualified specialists.
During the meeting, the work activities, professional development, innovative ideas and initiatives of young people were discussed, and an open dialogue was held on solving existing problems that hinder their support, as well as future tasks. Young people received detailed answers to their questions and made proposals aimed at further improving the system.
As noted, the current and future development of the oil and gas industry is closely linked to the initiative and dedication of young people with modern knowledge and worldview. Therefore, the Society is creating ample opportunities for young people to grow professionally, improve their skills, and fully realize their potential.
At the end of the event, a group of active young people working within the Society, who have been exemplary in their initiative, hard work, and achievements, were awarded certificates of appreciation by the Society's leadership.
