Under the leadership of Abdugani Sanginov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, the activities of enterprises and organizations subordinate to the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Processing were critically and analytically discussed. The meeting agenda included a summary of production indicators, efficiency of processing processes, implementation of digitalization projects, working conditions created for employees, and work on preventing technological risks.
The Chairman of the Board noted that in the conditions of natural decline in oil and gas production volumes, one of the important tasks is the effective use of existing resources and expansion of production of high value-added products. In this regard, the failure to use the opportunities to increase the range of products at “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC was criticized. Relevant instructions were given to the responsible managers to diversify the range of products, introduce new directions and develop specific proposals based on market demand.
The issues of directing sour gas to processing processes, increasing its economic efficiency, and expanding the possibilities for obtaining additional products were also analyzed. In this regard, those responsible were tasked with preparing technically and economically sound proposals.
At the same time, reports on the implementation of digitalization projects were heard. It was noted that as a result of the implemented digital solutions, the volume of sales of products at gas stations has doubled. It was noted that digitalization work has been carried out at 18 oil depots to date. It was announced that a total of 80 gas stations and 14 oil depots are planned to be fully digitalized by the end of this year.
The meeting also reviewed the work being done to create decent conditions for labor teams. In particular, it was noted that 84 modern buses had been purchased to safely and conveniently transport employees to their workplaces. Plans were also presented to gradually upgrade special clothing and protective equipment for employees working at oil depots.
During the discussions, special attention was paid to ensuring production stability, ensuring reliable operation of technological devices, preventing technological risks, and strengthening production discipline. Specific tasks were set for those responsible to immediately eliminate existing shortcomings, ensure the implementation of the indicators set according to the semi-annual results, and increase efficiency in areas that are lagging behind the plan.
