Qualification requirements for the Chief Specialist of the Artificial Intelligence Implementation Department of the Digitization Department:
· Education: higher ("Artificial Intelligence", "Machine Learning", "Big Data Analytics", "Data Science", "Intelligent Information Systems", "Machine Learning and Data Analytics", "Information Systems and Technologies", "Information Systems Software", "Applied Informatics", "Computer Engineering, Systems and Networks", "Software Engineering", as well as the field of information and communication technologies, engineering and applied areas);
Knowledge and skills requirements:
· At least 3 years of work experience;
· Implementation of new solutions for artificial intelligence systems;
· Knowledge and practical experience in modern object-oriented programming, artificial intelligence;
· knowledge of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies;
· Experience in Data Science, ML/AI;
· Creating backend APIs based on Python or .NET (FastAPI, Django, ASP.NET);
· Working with PostgreSQL/MSSQL: complex queries, indexing, optimization;
· Computer Vision experience: YOLO, OpenCV, OpenVINO, PyTorch/TensorFlow;
· Ability to work in Docker, Docker Compose, Linux environment;
· development of practical software solutions, their structure and implementation principles;
· Principles of user interface design;
· Software testing;
· Web technologies (HTTP protocol, TCP/IP stack, web server, CGI, caching and proxy server, client-server architecture);
· Systematic analysis (business processes, data flows and principles);
· Databases (set theory, types of database management systems, relational database management systems, data models, SQL);
· Skills in working with technical documentation;
· Knowledge of languages: Uzbek, Russian, English (according to the purpose);
· It is desirable to have the following certificates: information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence technologies
Duties and functional responsibilities:
· Work with regulatory and legislative documents in the field of information and communication technologies and artificial intelligence technologies;
· Develop a strategy for the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies at Uzbekneftegaz JSC and submit it to the head of the department;
· Analysis and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence;
· Assess the economic efficiency of artificial intelligence solutions and make suggestions;
· Participate in discussions on the conclusion of large contracts for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence projects;
Highly analytical thinking, responsibility, stress resistance, punctuality, ability to work in a team, multitasking, results-oriented, systematic and broad thinking, disciplined approach to the work process, high work capacity and motivation for results.
