In order to ensure the implementation of priority tasks set by the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, to study the problems facing employees, and to listen to their suggestions and appeals, regular open dialogues were organized at the system's enterprises.

On June 29 of this year, a meeting was held with the labor team of the Mubarak Gas Processing Plant, with the participation of advisors to the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and trade union officials. During the open dialogue, the workers made a number of proposals and appeals aimed at further improving labor relations, social protection, and working conditions.

In particular, proposals were put forward on issues related to preferential pension provision for employees working in harmful and difficult working conditions, on the certification of jobs in units with similar working conditions, and on revising the procedure for including them in the preferential pension list.
The meeting also raised concerns about the revision of the salaries of 73 employees transferred from the closed "Shurtan Yashil Makon" LLC to the Mubarak Gas Processing Plant.

During the open dialogue, the labor team noted that, at the initiative of the Chairman of the Board, the practice of providing employees with hot meals at the system's enterprises was introduced, and gratitude was expressed for this social project.
In the afternoon, an open dialogue was also held with the team of the “UNG Medline” clinic. The staff's proposals for further development of the medical institution were discussed. The clinic also considered proposals and appeals to expand the possibilities of carrying out disinfection work at administrative and factory facilities of the “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC located in the Mubarak district, as well as to improve the system of remuneration for medical workers.

Open communication with employees, listening to their ideas and initiatives, and systematically addressing social issues continue to be a priority.
